We currently deliver all over england, Wales and Scotland to just north of Edinburgh. We hope to be able to deliver to America and beyond in the near future. At present, unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Ireland and the highlands of Scotland but again we hope to be able to offer this service soon. If you would like further information regarding these matters please E-Mail us with your questions and we will endeavour to reply as quick as possible.
Will the Fish / Shellfish be o.k till I get home ?
All our orders are Packed, Iced and Strapped in polystrene boxes with sufficient ice to ensure its kept at an appropriate temperature until it arrives at is destination and beyond if you have any doubts when you open your box please telephone us straight away.

How do I know how much fish to buy ?
This is one of the most popular questions asked as it is hard to know if you are not following a recipe book. The best advice we can offer is - if you are unsure simply telephone us and we will be happy to help.
What should I do if something goes wrong ?
Please Phone or E-Mail us as soon as you can, and we will try our hardest to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

I won't be home for the delivery what should I do ?
When you place your order we will confirm your delivery details. It is impossible to give you an exact time of delivery so we ask for a couple of alternative places we can deliver your order. It can be a neighbours house or a friends house in the same area or alternatively, if you are at work, we can deliver it to your office. The transport company should have all your contact details with them so there is no need for you to worry.
