Please Note : To ensure that you only get the very best quality we only buy to order, Meaning we carry NO FRESH SEAFOOD IN STOCK. Which means Fish ordered after 16:30pm on Wednesday's will be bought and dispatched on the following Tuesday and will be delivered to you on Wednesday. Unfortunately weekend delivery is very expensive, Should you require fish to be delivered on a Saturday please phone us on 0789 1557152

LISTED BELOW ARE OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 - Your order will be dispatched by our chosen carrier overnight and will be packed in polysterene boxes with ice so as to reach you in the best condition the following day, Please see our Homepage for delivery details, if you are at all unsure please contact us for Information

2 - Should you not be entirely satisfied with your order or the service we have provided please contact us Immediately on 0789 1557152 during the office hours these can be found on the Contact Us page and we will do our very best to rectify any problems. We will acknowledge all complaints within 2 working days and try to resolve them within 24 hours of reciept.

3 - Your Credit / Debit card will not be charged until your order is ready for dispatch.

4 - We will contact you once your order has been received to confirm the order and gather any special requirements you may have as long as your contact details are correct and you can be reached on the telephone No you have supplied, If we can't reach you we will despatch your order as requested.

5 - All enquiries will be answered within 2 days by phone or E-Mail.

6 - Our Payment page on the shopping site is hosted on a separate server and is protected by an SSL ( Secure Socket Layer ) at 128bit or above level of Encryption. Should you have any reservations about handing over your Credit / Debit Card Online using our shopping site you can always contact us on 0789 1557152 and we will try to arranage an alternertive method of payment.

7 - Delivery charges are as follows :

8 - Orders up to the value of £40.00 The delivery charge is £8.25

9 - Orders with a value  between £40.01 and £59.99 The delivery charge is £6.75

10 - Orders with a value exceeding £60.00 Delivery is free of charge.

12 - Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affect your statutory customer rights.

13 - We currently use a system called PayPal to collect your money, This is the same system as used on the Ebay auction site. We hold none of your Credit / Debit card details on our system for us to be able to accept your order you must have a valid E-Mail address and sign up for a PayPal account this service is free of charge and the safest and most secure way of accepting your order if you have any queries or worries about using this service please take a look at their website and read the information retained on it.This can be found at www.paypal.co.uk. If you are still unsure about using this service please contact us on 0789 1557152 and we will try to arrange an alternative method of payment.
